in the joined version of sundaes
. .join()
can be used on a string to join a list together with each item seperated by that string:
available = "banana split;hot fudge;cherry;malted;black and white"
sundaes = available.split(";")
menu = "Our available flavors are: {}.".format(', '.join(sundaes))
Thanks, Haider

Haider Ali
Python Development Techdegree Graduate 24,728 Points.format allows you to format something into the curly braces in a string. For example, if i had the following string:
message = 'Hello my name is {}'
you could put your name into the string by calling format on it.
print(message.format('Haider'))
This would give you the following message:
'Hello my name is Haider'
