CSS How to Make a Website Customizing Colors and Fonts Write Hexadecimal Colors

Color text set to black using a hexidecimal value

Not sure from the video how to set text in a paragraph to black using a hexidecimal value. I have watched the video twice. What am I missing?

css/main.css
a {
  text-decoration: none;
}

#wrapper {
  max-width: 940px;
  margin: 0 auto;
}

#logo {
  text-align: center;
  margin: 0;
}

a {
  color:  #6ab47b;
}

h1, h2 {
  color:  #fff;
}

nav {
  background:  #599a68;
}
body {
  background-color:  #000000;
  color: #ffffff;
}

To set all the p elements text to the color black you will need the following code.

p {
    color: #000;
}

I hope this helped you out.

To set the colour of the paragraph text to black, you will need to use the following code:

p {
  color: #000;
}

The 'p' selector selects your paragraph elements, and the 'color' property defines the colour of the text in your paragraph elements with the value that you provide.

Good luck!
