Your mediaelement-and-player.min.js is not in your js folder. Trying moving the file inside of the folder and see if that fixes the problem.

did you get this fixed? as far as I can tell, the mejs_player overrides script configurations, and you can do either/or but not both, i.e., add the mejs_player class and configuration options in your html through data-mejsoptions attribute, OR configure through the <script> tag or an externally linked javascript file.
