Code is not executable because the Method Redirect does not exist.

    public Redirect(string v)
    {
        this.v = v;
    }

    public override void ExecuteResult(ControllerContext context)
    {
        throw new NotImplementedException();
    }

I think you forgot to declare a returntype for your Redirect method. Hope this helps :)
