Kody,

Your CSS looks right, but you need to load the font into your html as well.

Assuming you wanted to use this from google fonts, you'll want to put this in your head tag

<link href='http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Droid+Serif' rel='stylesheet' type='text/css'>

Hope this helps!

Kody -- to add what Fred wrote, you can also go to: http://www.google.com/fonts and select the font/styles you want and google / fonts will spit out the url to drop in your html...

Where in the head do I had the link? And do I use the html pretag?

Right after the call to your main.css

I take it you aren't using a CMS?

I don't understand what you are driving at with your question re the pre element.
