Code challenge from How to Build a WordPress Plugin, Admin Area Forms

I'm stuck on Task 2 of this challenge. 'Inside of the if statement, create a variable named "my_plugin_username". Assign it the HTML escaped value of the my_plugin_username input field.' My code alternately produces two different error messages: "esc_html should be called to sanitize the value of my_plugin_username" and "Task 1 is no longer passing." Can anyone help me understand what I'm doing wrong? Thanks!!
