527 PointsCharged for a full month on 2nd day of 7 day trial...
I just started the 7 day trial of Treehouse on Nov 29th, 2016 to see if it fits my needs. When opening the account and starting the trial, it clearly stated I wouldn't be charged until the end of the 7 day trial but I was just charged for a full month on Dec 1st, 2016. This certainly isn't a positive for whether or not to continue...
Anybody else have this happen?

527 PointsThank you Rob. I wasn't even aware that it was possible to sign up without doing the free trial. Everywhere I went it said, "Start a free trial" etc.
I'm wondering if the confusion occurred from an earlier attempt to make an account that day. I got to the payment step and didn't have my information on hand so I cancelled out. Then I tried again that night using the same user/pw. I wonder if it still created the account from the earlier attempt without starting the free trial and then the later attempt skipped the free trial part.
Regardless, thank you for the help!
