HTML How to Make a Website HTML First Use HTML Elements

Character Set

Hello! I'm attempting to complete the challenge of setting the character set and have put in the following, but am told it is incorrect:

<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
  <head>
    <meta charset="utf-8">
  </head>
</html>

It keeps telling me that it is incorrect and that I need to add an attribute to the character set which I already have: "utf-8"

Thanks!

For one thing you are missing your <body> element.

Hi Nicole, I think you need to include the <body> element in the <html> tag as well.
