I DON'T KNOW
// I have imported java.io.Console for you. It is a variable called console.
String firstName = console.readLine("what is your first name? ");
String lastName = console.readLine("what is your last name? ");
console.printf("First name");

You are really close, but you also need to print the name that user entered. So your code should look something like this:
console.printf("First name: " + %s, firstName);
%s refers to string passed after the comma, so that's firstName, which is a name that you have read from the user. Hope that clears things up for you.
Happy coding!
