902 PointsChallenge Task 2of2
I dont understand how to solve this challenge. If I start that function like this: loopy(["item1", "item2", "item3", "STOP", "item4"]) then everything is fine but without making it as list i dont know. It wont let me go farther.
def loopy(items):
for item in items:
print (item)
if item == "STOP":
break

Your code as it is written will print "STOP", then run the conditional to break out of the loop. You should check to see if the item is "STOP" and break out of the loop without printing it.
In sum:
for item in items:
if item == "STOP":
break
print(item) #Note: you don't need a space between the print and parentheses
