Why the following doesn't pass? def just_right(st1): if len(st1)<5: print("Your string is too short") elif len(st1)>5: print("Your string is too long") else: return True
def just_right(st1):

Your code is syntactically correct, it's just not exactly what the challenge asked for, and the challenges are very picky and very strict.
You are printing
the statements, but the challenge specifically asked you to return
the statements. Just change out the two print statements for return statements and you're good to go! :)
def just_right(st1):
if len(st1)<5:
return("Your string is too short")
elif len(st1)>5:
return("Your string is too long")
else:
return True
Keep Coding!
