This code is not passing and Im not sure why. Can you please help me?
<?php
$facts = array(
57 => ' on Heinz ketchup bottles represents the number of varieties of pickles the company once had.',
2 => ' is the approximate hours a day Giraffes sleeps',
18 => ' is the average hours a Python sleeps per day',
10 => ' per cent of the world is left-handed.',
11 => ' Empire State Buildings, stacked one on top of the other, would be required to measure the Gulf of Mexico at its deepest point.',
98 => '% of the atoms in your body are replaced every year',
69 => ' is the largest number of recorded children born to one woman',
);
//add your loop below this line
for ($i = 1; $i <= 100; $i++) {
echo $i . "\n";
}
for ($i = 1; $i <= 100; $i++) {
echo $i . "\n";
if (isset($facts[$i])) {
echo $i . $facts[$i] . "\n";
}

Treehouse TeacherHi there! You have not one but two loops. The challenge only wants one. Also, you are echoing out i
and then a new line. Then you check to see if i
is set, and if it is, you echo out i
again plus the trivia fact. So for 2, your output would look something like:
2
2 is the approximate hours a day Giraffes sleeps
This is not exactly what they're shooting for. Take another shot at it with these hints in mind!

Courses Plus Student 6,434 PointsJennifer, thank's very much. I think this is what the challenge is asking for, but its not quite there yet either. What am I doing wrong?

Treehouse TeacherChris Gauthier Now it's closer! Only this time, you're only echoing out i
if the value is set for that index. We want the i
echoed out regardless. This is how I did it:
for ($i = 1; $i <= 100; $i++) {
echo $i; // no matter what, echo out $i
if (isset($facts[$i])) { // if that index of the array has a value
echo $facts[$i] . "\n"; // echo it out as well and then add a new line
}
}
Hope this helps!
