I was wondering that I am doing a career change, if the tracks that I do here offer certifications? I am asking this since I am trying to become a fullstack developer. Any suggestions? Goal is to make a career change in my life.

If you complete the tracks there is no certifications other than your new skillsets. What you create with your new skills is what will help you change your career. By going through the track/tracks you want, you will learn new skills. By using these skills to create your own portfolio of projects, employers will see what you know. This is a great way to change your career.
If you want to streamline the process even more, Treehouse offers Techdegrees, if you complete a techdegree you will in fact be rewarded with a certification. If you decide to do a techdegree you will go through a track and be assigned projects. These projects is what will help you get a job later on.
