Center the wrapper

Hi. I am trying to center the wrapper, but when I press preview, the pictures won't get centered.

body { background-color: turquoise;

}

a { text-decoration: none; }

wrapper {

max-width: 940 px; margin: 0 auto; }

Hey there,

Looks like your code is almost right, but you need to make sure that you have the hash/pound-sign in front of wrapper to select the wrapper ID. Without the hash/pound-sign in front of wrapper, you're attempting to select a type or element named wrapper (as in, the same way you're selecting the body element above your current wrapper rule).

To correctly select the wrapper ID, your rule should like something like this:

#wrapper {
  max-width: 940px;
  margin: 0 auto;
}
