231,172 PointsA common and recurring issue when linking to 3rd party sites or resources is that they may be changed (or go away entirely) at any time.
In this case, "giphy" has changed how images are to be embedded and the old URL is not valid. As of today, you can use https://giphy.com/gifs/JIX9t2j0ZTN9S
to get that same image. But don't count on it remaining valid forever!
You might want to make a bug report as described on the Support page. If you're the first to report it, it should get you the special Exterminator badge.
