Can`t upload my project on GitHub HELP

Iam trying to upload my repository on GitHub, but for some reason I cant do it.Ive watched the Workshop for github on threehouse.I read various articles about how to upload my project and still I cant .I`am desperate if somebody can help me it would be very nice, because I lost lots of time trying to upload my repo. Thanks!

Hello, Luke.Yes the thing is that i when i create my repo on GitHubDesctop Iam trying to publish it on GitHub site so far so good, but when I go on github site there are only text documents there are no sign from my files.Also Iam trying to commit, but when I atempt to commit there some error"Could not commit submodules: Profie-Page/ Add them as submodules from git Shell or remove their .gitfolders to add them as a regular directories instead."Although i tried to use some comand on GitShell which i found on internet, there are no result.So i don`t know what to do.I followed step by step the Workshop for github which is about 10 min. still the same result.Thanks.
