What they are trying to get you to do is write a function...

# Basic function
def some_func():
    pass

...with an argument named count...

# function with argument named arg
def some_func(arg):
    pass

...and print() "Hi" times (*) count.

# This is very similar to what you should be coming out with.
def some_func(arg):
    print("Spam" * arg)
