cant seem to work it out .... need help

HELP !!!

  public boolean isFullyCharged() {
    return mBarsCount == MAX_ENERGY_BARS;

So create that while loop inside the charged method code block taking the isFullyCharged method with the NOT (!) operator in front. Increment mBarsCount and then increment mBarsCount inside the loop with ++. This is stating that while the battery is not fully charged we are going to keep on charging it. Hope this helps.
