Can't save as "index.php" forced to save as ".webarchive"

I'm running OS X 10.7.5, MAMP 3.5.2, Safari 6.1.6.

Per the second video, I tried to save a file at "index.php" but when I try to save it as Command-Save I'm forced to save it as ".webarchive" or the option to select both which names the file "index.php.webarchive".

Help!
