Cant paste in console on Windows

There seems to be no way to paste the SQLite link like Jim the instructor demonstrates. I am on Windows. The console window has no access to any menu. Even pressing alt.

Right click the commandline window and click past.

on mac you can just paste, but on windows just right click and select paste from dropdown

when i right click on windows in Firefox there is no paste option
