it keeps telling me to "import java.util.*; which I've already done
import java.util.*;
public class Messy {
public static void main(String[] args) {
System.out.println("one");
System.out.println("two");
System.out.println("three");
System.out.println("four");
System.out.println("five");
/*Please comment out this line and
this line as well with a hotkey that does multi - line commenting*/
List<String> numberWords = Arrays.asList("six", "seven", "eight", "nine");
for (String numberWord : numberWords) {
System.out.println(numberWord);
// Use the sout shortcut to write out numberWord;
}
}

Treehouse Moderator 37,799 PointsHi Casey. Did you run reformat in the IDE? I think when you do it should take the wildcard out of the import and add only the ones you need.

2,048 PointsHi Mark, I did run reformat in IDE and it the output on my computer is fine. It didn't remove the wildcard on the import though

2,048 PointsYou got me to focus on the import line, and there was a lightbulb there that let me switch from the wildcard to the ones that I needed.
Also, I didn't cut/paste from my console to results.txt; that was important.
Thanks for your help Mark

Treehouse Moderator 37,799 PointsGlad you figured it out Casey. I knew the IDE would replace the import wildcard with only what was needed but couldn't remember when. The light bulb makes sense.
