Can't log on to my site once migrated to live server on godaddy. Got wp-admin screen showing, but not taking user.

I noticed that he used a different user to log in to his wordpress site than any user accounts he created during the video. Is there a step that I missed?

Godaddy no longer has cpanel. but it has it's own management panel. I go to mySQL then phpMyAdmin on my database and it looks almost the same as the local one except it doesn't have a users tab.

Do I have to create on the live phpMyAdmin or will it be the same as the one I made locally?

Some host will make you a random wordpress username and password. Wordpress installations will create a wp_users table automatically. Make sure you installed wordpress correctly and are looking in the right place in the schema.
