Can't get through last Python Basic Quiz about functions

Question: Let's make sure we're always working with floats. Convert your arguments to floats before you add them together. You can do this with the float() function.

Please help, dunno how to convert the numbers into float...

You can create a float using the float() function

def add(x, y):
    f_x, f_y = float(x), float(y)
    return f_x + f_y
