HTML How to Make a Website Creating HTML Content Create Navigation with Lists

Can't get past a step i think it may be a bug

I am certain this is correct but it won't let me past this step it keeps saying to go back to step 2 and correct but it looks correct

index.html
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
  <head>
    <meta charset="utf-8">
    <title>Nick Pettit</title>
  </head>
  <body>
    <header>
      <a href="index.html">
        <h1>Nick Pettit</h1>
        <h2>Designer</h2>
      </a>
      <nav>
        <ul>
          <li><a href="index.html">Portfolio</a></li>
          <li><a href="about.html">About</a></li>
          <li><a href="contact.html">Work</a></li>
        </ul>
      </nav>
    </header>
    <section></section>
    <footer>
      <p>&copy; 2013 Nick Pettit.</p>
    </footer>
  </body>
</html>

Here is the Step 2 that it tells me to go back to but it looks correct as well as it just wants to put these in a unordered list which looks fine to me Portfolio, About, Contact. Then the next step is asking for me to link the un ordered list content to the 3 pages which looks correct to me also but it's saying its wrong between the 2 steps can anyone see any mistakes here..

<!DOCTYPE html> <html> <head> <meta charset="utf-8"> <title>Nick Pettit</title> </head> <body> <header> <a href="index.html"> <h1>Nick Pettit</h1> <h2>Designer</h2> </a> <nav> <ul> <li>Portfolio</li> <li>About</li> <li>Contact</li> </ul> </nav> </header> <section></section> <footer> <p>© 2013 Nick Pettit.</p> </footer> </body> </html>

In your solution the third link is titled Work not Contact which is what task 2 asks for. If you fix the name like this:

<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
  <head>
    <meta charset="utf-8">
    <title>Nick Pettit</title>
  </head>
  <body>
    <header>
      <a href="index.html">
        <h1>Nick Pettit</h1>
        <h2>Designer</h2>
      </a>
      <nav>
        <ul>
          <li><a href="index.html">Portfolio</a></li>
          <li><a href="about.html">About</a></li>
          <li><a href="contact.html">Contact</a></li>
        </ul>
      </nav>
    </header>
    <section></section>
    <footer>
      <p>&copy; 2013 Nick Pettit.</p>
    </footer>
  </body>
</html>

Then you will be able to pass the challenge.
