I'm not sure exactly what the question is so maybe this isn't going to answer it. You need to capitalize the word 'string' in the first declaration for the coding above to work.
I'm new to Swift but I've noticed that it's a bit persnickety about that kind of stuff.
So the first line should be:
let name: String = "or alkalay"
