Can't find the installation setup for IDE for win

So I started the "Build a Simple Android App" tour and downloaded the IDE for win. I don't were is the setup in the folder? Any help?

Are you talking about Android studio? You can download it from here :

http://developer.android.com/sdk/installing/index.html?pkg=studio

They also gave instructions on how to install it on the bottom.
