cant find image effect tried every advice I found but didn't work

I tried making a new project to get the aip update but didn't solve the problem and when I go to import assets it only shows custom assets option please help

Hey everyone,

We've been working hard on an update to this course to coincide with the release of Unity 5.6 on March 31st. We just released this update, which was shot with the Unity 5.6 beta.

It's in a new course with the exact same name, and unfortunately you'll need to go back to the "Install Unity" video and download the new project files associated with the course in order to follow along. Here's the direct link to the install video: https://teamtreehouse.com/library/install-unity - Many subsequent videos have been modified and adjusted to support Unity 5.6

I'm sorry for the confusion and appreciate your patience. I think you'll find that the new material tracks a lot better with the latest version of Unity.

    also  have error CS1061 and CS0619 its getting agrivating cause I cant follow along with the videos might have to cancle since I cant do anything PLEASE HELP
