They also ask you to utilize the isFullyRecharged method that you implemented while also using a while loop and the ! symbol.
So instead of the charge method simply saying your current charge equals the max charge, you are tasked with simulating "actually" charging it.
To solve this, you can write a while block and continue to increment the mBarsCount while it is not fully charged.
Solution:
public void charge() {
while (!isFullyCharged()) {
mBarsCount++;
}
}
The code says, if it isn't fully charged, then update mBarsCount by 1 until it is.
