Can't figure out step 3

I've been trying to get this code right for a long time now, but I can't seem to get it right. Can anyone give me a hint on how I should solve this? Thanks!

inventory.py 
class Inventory:
    def __init__(self):
        self.slots = []

    def add_item(self, item):
        self.slots.append(item)

class SortedInventory(Inventory):
    def add_item(self, item):
        super().add_item(item)
        self.slots.append.sort(item)

To sort the inventory, you can do this:

self.slots.sort()
