Can't download the VM

I keep getting...

Download failed. Will try another box URL if there is one.0)09)) An error occurred while downloading the remote file. The error message, if any, is reproduced below. Please fix this error and try again.

Recv failure: Operation timed out

Maybe my internet connection is too slow? I'm at a loose end really.
