You have the gallery id declared on the unordered list inside the nav. It should be targetting the list inside the section tag.

Its been a while since I saw this code but is the gallery a class or a id? if so it should be .gallery{rules}, if its an id it should be #gallery{code}, same on the second one. #gallery li{}, or .gallery li{}

UPDATE: Looked in the console and it is an id. So you will need "#" before your gallery #gallery and #gallery li
