Can't break out of loop

Can't seem to find what the problem is. The error says "Didn't find the right items being printed." I found that someone else asked the same question but the answer still doesn't solve my problem.

breaks.py
def loopy(items):
    for item in items:
        print (items)
        if item == "STOP":
            break

So my understanding could be off - but the way I see it is this :

def loopy(items):
    for item in items:
        if item == "STOP":
            break
        print(item)

You want to set the loop to look for the word STOP before it tries to print the list items. The reason it says the wrong items are being printed is that with your code currently it prints everything, THEN looks to see if any items in the list, that it already printed, are "STOP".

edit: Also remember, 'items' is your list, but 'item' is what you used to define each arg in the list 'items' - you'd want your code to print and check the individual args, each 'item'.
