CANNOT get my custom built skill set to test.

I need help. I CANNOT get my custom built skill set to test properly. I literally REBUILT the "Treehouse" example 3 times and was successful ALL 3 times. However, my custom Skill Set will not work. I have deleted and rebuilt it numerous times to no avail and even have A/B the file code against the "Treehouse" file code and they are identical. What am I doing wrong? Please ... any help is greatly appreciated.
