Can we ever define a method like we did with functions?

Well, I understood that a method is a function which related to an object. But can we ever define a method like we define def function()? Thanks!!!

Yes, a method is defined using the same syntax as a function, including the "def". The only difference is that a method definition will be inside a "class" definition.
