Can someone help me to re-factor the menu of a current website please?

HI,

Im looking at this website and i was thinking how can i re-factor thier menu and how i can write the sub menu and so on.. in my eyes whats there is a bit messy but yet i my vocabulary on that isn't the greatest.

What do you need help with? Are you not sure how the sub menu is implemented?

Were you able to use your browser's dev tools to view the html and css associated with the menu?

Well, im trying to have a good linking section, atm its:

Home
The Menu
Early Bird Menu
Evening Menu
See some of our Dishes
Locally Sourced Produce
Prices
Student Discount
Terms and Conditions
Events
Parties
Engagements and Weddings
Catering
Event Packages
About
Tour
Contact
Reservation

And they have sub menu thats pretty bad i would say

Or if you look at their footer. its horrible. I need to make this site but pretty, but what im more concerned about is how do i do the mnue in the sense of e.g.

They have menu and they offer chinese, indian etc.. they have early and after dishes. Instead of that, i could make

Menu followed by Chinese,
Indian

And then one of the section will be early and the othe rwill be later.

I need to re-desing this whole site, its not mine. I need to make it better. At the moment when i look at the links, its pretty bad in my eyes. Maybe not the worst, but im sure it can be done better.

Like they have reservations. Where do you go to reserve it on their site on a form?

WOudnt be good to have like : Contact and submenu of Contact,
Make Reservation

for exmaple?
