can someone define "string literal" and identifier"? I tried the web, and still unclear. Thanks in advance.

A "literal" is something that represents itself. Like the number 42 or the word "test". The latter is an example of a string literal since is composed of text instead of a number.

On the other hand, an identifier is a name that represents something else. An example common identifier used with SQL is a column name or table name.

Copy that. Perfect! Many thanks Steven :).

It was helpful for me as well. Thank you Maryam for bring up this question. You bit me to it as I was about to show the same concern.
