I'm new here but here is what are my thoughts after i reviewed the first few videos.
And "Competitor Analysis" in particular.
The things explained are very very basic and general.
It is understandable how to compare your prices if you sell good like t-shirts and some goods, but how to know the competitor's prices if you provide services which price is told to the client on the first, second etc. meating and not mentioned on the site?
For example if you have a web design studio (it is closer to the theme of this site ) and you want to know the prices of your competitors in your local area.

How do they ...
- Handle things like RFPs (Request for Proposals)
- Showcase their past work
- Explain their process
- Do outreach (e.g. blog, newsletter, twitter, facebook)?
- Handle support (e.g. email, tickets, chat, phone)
