In my preliminary reading on this subject, everyone is using composer instead of bundler.
My question is; which should I be using to keep up to date with this technology?

5,103 PointsAlso, why would you not just use the Railsinstaller http://railsinstaller.org/en which takes care of all the troubles of installing: Packages included are Ruby 1.9.3 Rails 3.2 Bundler Git Sqlite TinyTDS SQL Server Support DevKit
