Bullets on pictures

Hi,

I just added 'normalize.css' to my file tree, in the proper folder ('css'). I have not touched the .css file; when I applied the style, the bullets disappeared from the text links ('portfolio', etc), but not from the pictures. Here is my HTML:

<!DOCTYPE html> <html lang="en"> <head> <meta charset="utf-8"> <title>Byron | Developer</title> <link rel="stylesheet" href="css/normalize.css"> </head> <body> <header> <a href="index.html"> <h1>Byron</h1> <h2>Developer</h2> </a> <nav> <ul> <li><a href="index.html">Portfolio</a></li> <li><a href="about.html">About</a></li> <li><a href="contact.html">Contact</a></li> </ul> </nav>

</header>

I am using Google Chrome. What am I doing wrong? Thank you.

I'd imagine your normalize file has a line for removing bullets from lists under a <nav> element (since pretty much no one uses bullets points in a nav menu but it's common to use unordered lists for nav).

Your other lists would not meet this rule so you'd need to add "list-style:none;" to all <ul> or use a class.

ul { list-style:none; }

/* OR add a class to the <ul> in your html */

ul.no-list-type {list-style:none; }

EDIT: I lost some tags in my first paragraphs
