1,211 PointsHi,
I think I fiured it out, I added ul{list-style-type: none;} right below the LISTS portion of the normalize.css file and the bullets are now gone. (however, it is under the IE 6/7 portion of the list [line 287 in the css file]).
Please let me know if this is the right way of doing it. Thanks.

1,211 PointsSo I created a file called main.css and pasted ul{list-style-type: none;} in there, so far it works..... Thanks again...

Courses Plus Student 21,242 PointsAh, it looks like you're not actually linking your own CSS file in the HTML head tag. You need to do that, like this:
<head>
<meta charset="UTF-8">
<title>||| NetBeans |||</title>
<link rel='stylesheet' href='css/normalize.css'>
<link rel='stylesheet' href='css/YOUR_CSS_FILE_NAME.css'>
</head>
As long as you have this in your own file, the bullets should be gone and you won't need to modify normalize.css
:
ul {
list-style: none;
}
kk10
1,211 PointsI left normalize.css as is and created my own main.css file.
Ryan Field

Courses Plus Student 21,242 PointsGood to hear! Although, it's not normally a good idea to modify the
normalize.css
file. As long as you include the link to that file in the header first, and then the link to your own custom CSS after, your styles should overwrite those found in thenormalize.css
file, since it cascades and only the newest ones are used. Are you by chance linking to your own CSS file before the normalize one?
