Build a Simple iOS App - Which course to take?

I can see how there are at least two courses with the same title, but one of them is included in the Beginning Swift/iOS Track and was made for Swift 3, while the other one is outside of the Tracks and is more recent (for Swift 5).

Which one of these shall I take to receive the best learning experience?
