Browser Compatibility with Web hosting for Students or CyberDuck?

Hi all.

I recently made some changes to my website, and I uploaded the new files through cyberduck, overwriting some old files. When I went to look at the live version on Firefox, some of the pages had not uploaded...I looked at the source of the page and they were old files!!!!

I went on google chrome and all the files worked and were the new files...

I am very confused about this and have no idea how to work out this problem, especially since it doesn't have to do with the code but how they are uploading.
