breaks.py Problem

Having trouble locating the problem here. Is it correct to set items = []?

breaks.py
def loopy(items):
    # Code goes here
    items = []
    for item in items:
        if item == "STOP":
            break
        else:
            print(items)

Two errors in the code:

  • Don't assign to the parameter items. It overrides the value setting it to an empty list. Comment out the line items = []
  • The print is printing the whole items not the singular item from the loop.
