This is really something you should know how to do before moving on, so I recommend going back and watching the video. That'll be more useful than someone giving you the answer here.
Kenneth does something extremely similar to print out all the items in the shopping list.

39,021 PointsHe uses a while loop. He also uses a for loop at 5:30 in the video. Take another look :). You'll see it's almost exactly what you need to do for the challenge.
