Breakpoint not working

I expanded Event Listener Breakpoints, expanded Control, and clicked the checkbox next to "change." Then I clicked a checkbox next to "Confirmed" on the webpage in order to trigger the change event. My webpage dimmed and a tab called "onloadwff.js" opened in the viewer in the middle panel of DevTools. I have no idea what this file is or where it came from. No lines are highlighted in this file or in my app.js file. Also, there are "No breakpoints" listed in the Breakpoints section in the right panel of DevTools.

Help, what is happening here?
