I have run the first example but am really stuck on adding the break - how do you add the break??
def loopy(items):
for item in items:
print(item)
if item == str("STOP"):

You need to place the if statement before the print(item). Here is the code I used to pass this challenge:
def loopy(items):
# Code goes here
for item in items:
if item == "STOP":
break
print(item)
Hope this helps! Happy Coding!!!
