Bootstrap 4 Hamburger Menu Displays But Is Unresponsive

Hey guys, I'm having difficulty with getting my Bootstrap Hamburger Menu to Dropdown when clicked. It displays fine on small screens and disappears when I switch to a wider viewport, but nothing happens when it's clicked. P.S. I've already included jQuery and Bootstrap (in that order) in my Codepen. Can anyone help?
