Best way to turn a Bootstrap onepager into a Wordpress Onpager

Hi All.

Here is a Prototype Bootstrap Onepager I made recently http://nmg-tech.jennifersimonds.com/ I will make this into a wordpress site. I am wondering wether it is best to make the text elements Customizer usable, or wether anyone knows a better way. He wants to be able to change the text elements if he needs to.

I'm not sure what you mean by customizer usable but if you want to be able to have to control text in each part of the page you could assign each part to a Widget area and make each one a text widget. That way you can contain each widget to one page rather than worry about pulling in content from different WordPress pages. :-)
