Is it recommend to build a blog from scratch without using a 3rd party site? Or would it be better to use word press?
I'm familiar with Javascript and PHP and fairly good with both, but wouldn't consider my skills advanced at this point in time.
The design of my website is built from scratch using without using any templates.
What is the recommended way of setting this up?
