406 PointsBeginner - Trouble with console.printf
I've been stuck on the next question for some time.. after reviewing the lesson and trying a few more things I'm stuck.
The instructions say " Call the printf method on the console object and make it write out "<YOUR NAME> can code in Java!"
thanks!
// I have setup a java.io.Console object for you named console
String firstName = "Vilhelm";
Console console = System.console();
console.printf("Vilhelm can code in Java!");

Courses Plus Student 26,868 PointsHi, Vilhelm.
The first line of the code template provided by the challenge is this comment.
// I have setup a java.io.Console object for you named console
It's essentially saying that the console
object has been setup behind the scene.
delete this line and your code should be good to go. Cheers.Console console = System.console();
